Return and Refund Policy
Please read the return and refund policy carefully before placing an order or using our services. We strive to deliver our products within the agreed time frame. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If you have a complaint or problem, please contact us via our email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
For some of our products there is no right of return. Due to the limited shelf life of our Psilocybin containing truffles, we do not accept returns or refunds. Therefore, please note that the sale of our Psilocybin-containing Truffles is final.
If the product received from Cosmic Truffles is not liked or does not arrive properly due to an error made by us, we will take the product back and send the same or a similar product as soon as possible. Cosmic Truffles isn’t responsible for the costs and process of the return.
Return and refund request
Please contact us directly about your return and refund request. To accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed within 3 business days. Once your request is approved, you will receive a message with instructions on how to start the procedure. If your request is approved, it will be processed and your credit will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 1 – 3 business days.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have a complaint or problem, please contact us via our email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
When the products you received are in accordance with the indication on our page we are not obliged to accept your inquiry.
Cosmic Truffles has the right to terminate or refuse services and products to the consumer in the following situations:
- When the consumer in question repeatedly displays inappropriate behavior during the return and refund procedure.
- When the website does not function as it should.
- When the consumer is suspected of fraud or criminal use of our products or services.
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account or credit account again. Always contact your payment service or bank first. It may be that the payment has not yet been processed and that it will be completed at a later time. If your refund is still not processed after following these steps, please contact us.
