At Cosmic Truffles, you can order without any concerns about anonymity. The packaging is discreet and doesn’t show any indication of its content. The shipping package contains only basic details such as name, address and return address. We do not use our name “Cosmic Truffles”.
Shipping to EU Countries
Cosmic Truffles offers a range of products which are completely legal in The Netherlands. It is your own legal responsibility to order our products if you live in another country. We do not ship to countries outside of the European Union.
We do not provide information about the legal status of our products in other EU countries. Responsibility regarding local legislation, import and customs regulations are the responsibility of the consumer.
Cosmic Truffles makes no claims about the legal status of our products in other EU countries. The information on the legal status on our website does not apply outside of The Netherlands.
We are always looking for the most efficient way to deliver the order as quickly and discreetly as possible. After receiving your order, we will ship your product within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation of the payment. As soon as we have processed the order, you will receive confirmation by email. Depending on the chosen carrier you will receive your order within 1 – 3 working days after shipment.
Depending on the non-Dutch EU country from which you order, you can expect the arrival of your order between approximately 2 and 7 working days
Cosmic Truffles is not responsible for delays of the carrier. If the delay is due to a shortage of stock, or any other reason that is caused internally, we will inform you as soon as possible by email.
Our products have a limited shelf life. Please make sure you are at home to receive the Package. We cannot resend the Package due to the limited shelf life of our products.
The risk of interception by customs in other EU countries is for your own account. You are responsible for knowing the legal status of our products in your country.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct address details. We will not refund your money if you have provided us with incorrect address details.
